As part of a company-wide brand positioning initiative, employees were reimagined as guides inspired by iconic characters from stories, films, and fantasy. Each character represented the unique qualities that employees bring to guiding customers toward success. Eldon was transformed into Merlin, the legendary wizard known for his wisdom, foresight, and extraordinary ability to guide others. Often portrayed as a mentor to King Arthur, Merlin uses his knowledge and insight to help others recognize their potential, prepare for challenges, and navigate the path ahead. He embodies a guide who sees beyond the present moment and helps others discover opportunities they might otherwise overlook. This custom 3D figurine brought the brand concept to life, turning an abstract positioning strategy into a tangible, personalized representation of Eldon as a trusted guide who shares valuable insight, illuminates new possibilities, and helps customers move forward with confidence.
