As part of a company-wide brand positioning initiative, employees were reimagined as guides inspired by iconic characters from stories, films, and fantasy. Each character represented the unique qualities that employees bring to guiding customers toward success. Steve was transformed into Uncle Iroh from Avatar: The Last Airbender, a beloved mentor known for his wisdom, patience, and compassionate approach to guiding others. Having learned from both triumphs and hardships, Iroh understands that the best guidance comes from listening, offering perspective, and helping others recognize their own potential. He embodies a guide who leads with empathy, encourages personal growth, and sees possibilities even when the path ahead seems uncertain. This custom 3D figurine brought the brand concept to life, turning an abstract positioning strategy into a tangible, personalized representation of Steve as a trusted guide who builds meaningful relationships, offers thoughtful insight, and helps customers find the confidence to move forward.
