As part of a company-wide brand positioning initiative, employees were reimagined as guides inspired by iconic characters from stories, films, and fantasy. Each character represented the unique qualities that employees bring to guiding customers toward success. Mike was transformed into Rubeus Hagrid from Harry Potter, a beloved character known for his loyalty, kindness, and genuine care for others. As one of Harry’s earliest guides into the wizarding world, Hagrid offers reassurance, shares his knowledge, and stands by those he helps—even when the journey gets difficult. He embodies a guide who makes others feel welcome, builds trust through authentic relationships, and helps them navigate unfamiliar territory with confidence. This custom 3D figurine brought the brand concept to life, turning an abstract positioning strategy into a tangible, personalized representation of Mike as a dependable guide who puts people first, makes complex journeys feel less intimidating, and helps customers feel supported every step of the way.
