Custom 3D-printed Wizard D&D figurine

As part of a company-wide brand positioning initiative, employees were reimagined as guides inspired by iconic characters from stories, films, and fantasy. Each character represented the unique qualities that employees bring to guiding customers toward success. Phil was transformed into Albus Dumbledore from Harry Potter, the revered wizard and mentor known for his wisdom, foresight, and ability to bring out the best in others. As a leader who understands that the right guidance can be more powerful than simply providing answers, Dumbledore helps others recognize their strengths, face difficult choices, and discover possibilities they may not have seen on their own. He embodies a guide who leads with knowledge, compassion, and a deep understanding of the bigger picture. This custom 3D figurine brought the brand concept to life, turning an abstract positioning strategy into a tangible, personalized representation of Phil as a trusted guide who offers thoughtful perspective, empowers customers to make confident decisions, and helps them find the path to success.
