As part of a company-wide brand positioning initiative, employees were reimagined as guides inspired by iconic characters from stories, films, and fantasy. Each character represented the unique qualities that employees bring to guiding customers toward success. Walt was transformed into Jay Garrick, the original Flash and a mentor to Barry Allen in DC Comics, a hero known for his experience, wisdom, and willingness to guide the next generation. As a seasoned hero who has faced countless challenges, Jay understands that true leadership means more than moving fast—it means knowing when to act, sharing hard-earned knowledge, and helping others realize their potential. This custom 3D figurine brought the brand concept to life, turning an abstract positioning strategy into a tangible, personalized representation of Walt as an experienced guide who draws on years of insight to help customers overcome obstacles, make confident decisions, and find their path forward.
