As part of a company-wide brand positioning initiative, employees were reimagined as guides inspired by iconic characters from stories, films, and fantasy. Each character represented the unique qualities that employees bring to guiding customers toward success. Nick was transformed into Ra’s al Ghul from Batman, a formidable strategist known for his long-term vision, discipline, and deep understanding of the challenges facing those he encounters. As a leader who thinks beyond the immediate moment, Ra’s al Ghul represents a guide who considers the bigger picture, anticipates obstacles, and develops deliberate strategies to achieve lasting results. This custom 3D figurine brought the brand concept to life, turning an abstract positioning strategy into a tangible, personalized representation of Nick as a strategic guide who helps customers see beyond immediate challenges, evaluate their options, and chart a thoughtful path toward their goals.
