As part of a company-wide brand positioning initiative, employees were reimagined as guides inspired by iconic characters from stories, films, and fantasy. Each character represented the unique qualities that employees bring to guiding customers toward success. Chad was transformed into Doctor Stephen Strange from Marvel’s Doctor Strange, a master of the mystic arts known for his intelligence, strategic thinking, and ability to navigate complex challenges. With his unique perspective and ability to see possibilities others might overlook, Doctor Strange embodies a guide who brings clarity to uncertainty and finds creative solutions when the path forward is far from obvious. This custom 3D figurine brought the brand concept to life, turning an abstract positioning strategy into a tangible, personalized representation of Chad as a trusted guide who helps customers navigate complexity, explore new possibilities, and move confidently toward the right solution.
