As part of a company-wide brand positioning initiative, employees were reimagined as guides inspired by iconic characters from stories, films, and fantasy. Each character represented the unique qualities that employees bring to guiding customers toward success. Jake was transformed into Alfred Pennyworth from Batman, the trusted confidant and advisor to Bruce Wayne, known for his wisdom, resourcefulness, and unwavering support. Often the steady hand behind the hero, Alfred exemplifies a guide who anticipates challenges, offers thoughtful counsel, and helps others make their best decisions. This custom 3D figurine brought the brand concept to life, turning an abstract positioning strategy into a tangible, personalized representation of Jake as a dependable guide who helps customers move forward with clarity and confidence.
