As part of a company-wide brand positioning initiative, employees were reimagined as guides inspired by iconic characters from stories, films, and fantasy. Each character represented the unique qualities that employees bring to guiding customers toward success. Lynn was transformed into Odin, the All-Father of Norse mythology, a figure renowned for his wisdom, foresight, and relentless pursuit of knowledge. As a leader who draws upon experience and insight to navigate uncertainty, Odin embodies the qualities of a guide who sees beyond the immediate challenge and helps others discover the right path forward. This custom 3D figurine brought the brand concept to life, turning an abstract positioning strategy into a tangible, personalized representation of Lynn as a trusted guide who leads with vision, knowledge, and thoughtful direction.
